Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

The DeckEstate service (the "Service", "we") is provided by P/E Iuliia Polevaia (the "Seller"). By using the Service you (the "User") confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with the Seller.

2. Description of the service

DeckEstate is an online CRM for real estate agents and agencies: property management, client collections, public collection links, analytics and team tools.

3. Account and accurate data

The User undertakes to provide accurate data, keep it up to date, keep credentials confidential and is responsible for any action taken under the account.

4. Prohibited use

The User must not use the Service for:

• any unlawful actions, including fraud, spam or violation of third-party rights;
• infringing intellectual property;
• uploading malware, scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping or other actions that compromise Service security;
• attempts to circumvent technical limits, reverse engineer or resell access.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service belong to the Seller. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under the chosen plan. Content uploaded by the User remains their property.

6. Billing and subscription

All orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record — handling payments, taxes, invoicing, refunds and billing support. See Paddle Buyer Terms. Refund timing — see Refunds Policy.

7. Service level and disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

The Seller's aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach, non-payment, security risk or fraud.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify of material changes at least 14 days in advance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Seller's country of registration.
