Refunds Policy

1. 14-day refund guarantee

If DeckEstate is not a fit, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment. Use Paddle at paddle.net or email billing@deckestate.ge.

2. Renewals

After the 14-day window, a paid subscription is non-refundable — it can be cancelled to stop the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds available after 14 days

• Duplicate charge for the same period;
• Charge after a confirmed cancellation;
• Major outage on our side preventing use for more than 72 consecutive hours.

4. Timing and method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Settlement usually takes 3–10 business days.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account. No further charges will be made.

6. Disputed transactions

Please contact us first — most cases are resolved within 2 business days.
